For standard mowing, we typically start the week after your quote is approved. Larger projects — mulch, aeration, leaf removal — usually within 1–2 weeks depending on the season.
No contracts, ever. You can pause or cancel any time with 48 hours' notice. We earn your business every visit.
We invoice monthly. You can pay by card (we email a link), bank transfer, check, or cash. Auto-pay is available on request and saves 3%.
We push to the next clear day — typically within 24 hours. You'll get a text update either way. We don't mow saturated turf since it tears up the grass.
Yes — fully licensed in Indiana, general liability and workers' comp coverage. We're happy to share certificates of insurance for HOAs and property managers.
Grub control is part of our summer fertilization step. For mosquitoes and fleas, we partner with a licensed pest applicator — ask us and we'll make the intro.
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We're a small crew, so we limit commercial accounts to keep our residential standards high. Send us the property details and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
